Jamie Hogan, award-winning illustrator and author was our guest for this family friendly online event. She shared the story and inspiration behind her book Skywatcher, where a young boy longs to see the stars but can’t in the light-polluted sky above his apartment building. Jenny Ward of AMC also joined us to share information about how to protect Maine’s dark skies.
