NRCM member Sam Horine of Skowhegan shares one of his photos of Otter Pond in Elliottsville Township for this My Maine This Week feature. He writes, “Otter Pond is off the Bodfish Valley Road. It is just this pretty little pond in the woods that I check when going to the Appalachian Trail. The stone work was done by the Maine Conservation Corps and is on the Appalachian Trail north of Long Pond Stream.”
Have you spent time on the Appalachian Trail this summer? If so, we’d love to see your photos.
