This week’s My Maine This Week feature is a little different than our usual gorgeous landscape and wildlife photos by NRCM members and supporters. But, it is beautiful just the same. This drawing was sent to us by a very proud mother of six-year-old Mason of Houlton, Maine. Mason drew this picture and his mom thought we would want to see it — and boy was she right! We are always so heartened to see that the next generation of people who care about Maine’s environment and our planet are taking actions (like drawing this wonderful artwork) to share their concerns and encourage others to take action.
