This year, our Legislative Report Card looks a little different. The Maine Legislature left Augusta in mid-March due to COVID-19, so many bills didn’t receive hearings or votes.
In this special report, NRCM staff provide short essays describing how we continue to press forward with NRCM’s work to protect Maine’s environment and address the threat of climate change using new approaches and tools for staying connected with members, supporters, and the public.
“As each of us reflects on what really matters in our lives, we think about the people and the places we love. So much seems different, but our commitment to the work and mission of NRCM remains unchanged.” —Pete Didisheim, NRCM Advocacy Director
